Active Raw.Per e-mail from SCE's Danny Lu on 11-21-2016, Blackjack Well 1 (1910006-023) was completed on 4-8-1991, replacing Blackjack Springs 1 well (1910006-002). Blackjack Springs 1 well was declared "destroyed" during a storm event in 1991 that caused the well to cave in. The two wells have different names ("Blackjack Well 01" and "Blackjack Springs 01") but within the previous permit amendments (i.e. 1910006PA-003), the PS Code for Blackjack Well 01 was mislabeled as 1910006-002, falsely indicating that both wells have the same name.
